Shop review: “Brilliant
yellow golden color with hints. The wine is crisp and filled with white peach,
pear, green apple flavors, toasty vanilla. Elegant and luscious wine, well
balanced. Crisp and long finish. Pairs well with creamy soups, pork, veal,
vegetables.” (Vintage Cellar, Blacksburg VA)
My review: The color was a nice green-yellow, and smells
very woody (you could tell it was oaked). The taste was yeasty and twiggy,
resembling dry pasta. It had a slight
sour finish as is expected for white wine.
I drank this without food.
